Those are all misfire codes. P0300 and P1399 are random misfires and the 303 and 304 are cyl 3 and 4 misfire. BTW, a flashing cel means the misfire is so bad its damaging the cats.

Its a coincidence. The white collar inside the fitv needs to be tightened back down. Idle bounce is a common problem.

Hondas and other imports split up the brakes into two systems by use of their 4 way perportioning valve. Opposite corners of the car are linked together that way you can never loose the front brakes....
