OEM Parts from honda will have an R DOT label same size as the vin sticker. sometimes its painted over but if it is an oem replacement R DOT will be present.

I know he is open to offers but nothing crazy. These things new are like $3,2XX and that is not shipped which my guess is another $3-4 hundred. I understand its not new but it is a fairly rare item...

It looks like the missing tube that goes to the valve cover may be there and just pulled off of the nipple. You can see it sitting near the bend of the rubber intake tube it looks like?
