FS/FT 94 Del Sol Si Samba Green 5spd 100% stock

Vitals:
94 Samba green Del Sol Si
5 spd
P/W, P/M, Cruise, AC. - EVERYTHING WORKS
Car is located in central NJ.
Car is DAILY DRIVEN - mileage will fluctuate, currently has 160kish.
Car is now, and has always been 100% stock.
I am the second owner of the car.
Car has never been in an accident - clean title.
THE BAD:
- Prior to me owning the car someone spilled gas down the fender near gas door left a stain. (stain is in picture but is hard to see with lighting)
- The D/S door panel ripped where all del sol door panels ripped (pictured below)
- D/S seat has the stitching coming out of the seat, the material is not ripped, only needs to be sewn (pictured below)
- Car will need a throw out bearing at some point, it's making the tell tale noise.
- License plate bolts are broken on the back, hence the painters taped plate.
The car is beautiful, and in the pictures it is dirty, it's bordering on a time machine, a coat of wax and some time will get you an effing beautiful car.
I do not want to sell this car, but it's my Fiance's and she left my ***, doesn't want to drive stick and wants the money from it to get something else; so this sale is not my call. The sooner this thing moves the sooner i get back the 09 fit i bought for her(you can see it in the background of a shot or 2).
Looking to either sell or trade.
First reasonable cash offer will be accepted.
Trades that will be considered are anything automatic with a backseat in good condition, if you come with a bucket I'll never hear the end of it so please, nothing rusty, busted, broken, or modded, and if it has stuff like P/W or AC, make sure it works 100%.
