Re: Will this still be SM/SMF?

Some days I read something and it just doesn't read the way I've always understood it. Today is one of them..

I've been running my 84 Civic 2000S in SMF since start of local 2012 season.
Has...

Re: Will this still be SM/SMF?

But wouldn't that be using any engine for the Make car? To me Make would be Honda(Acura) while Civic would be the Model. If the replacement engine must have been from the same Model as the original...

Re: Will this still be SM/SMF?

Re: 1985 Civic S1500 (B16 swap in progress)

It can be done, just need a custom AC mount. There was a CRX with a B16A that had AC and a turbo in NC, but that car in is NY now.

Re: 1985 Civic S1500 (B16 swap in progress)

Very nice, good cars, more fun with a B under the hood. Are you gonna try and keep the AC?? Not sure how the wiring is, but if you get an engine harness that connects directly to the ECU that hole...

Re: K24A2 vs K24A1 in 86 CRX Si

DerekDCRX, your right to not read E-AT_me post or look into his project. It would only make you give up on your before you start.

Also, if you go B20, you gotta go OBD-2.

Re: My latezt project 200.00 1987 crx

Sorry, I'm a programmer that reads FSMs and ETMs for light reading. I have no sense of humor. Everything is either fact or crap.

Re: Do you own a 1986 Honda?

Nope. EW3 is the 85 CRX Si, EW4 is is 86 CRX/Civic Si, in 87 both the Civic and CRX Si models got the D15A3 (same as the EW4, just re-badged for updated ID system).

Most of that info is already...

Re: Rear Toe/Camber Rod Removal for Ingalls rear camber kit help

Re: 99 Accord F23A1 Crank Seal

I worked at it from the inner edge to hook into the metal "frame" of the seal. The outer edge you just end up tearing the rubber off the metal "frame" as you've noticed.
