lower ball joint. after 3 years on neuspeed springs and koni struts, had to change mine.

they are not that expensive, but are quite a pain to replace.

check them and see if they are...

if you are running high impedance injectors (which you are) on a high impedance ecu (such as the P06 you're running) then you dont need the box.

the resistor box is needed if you are using low...

it'll be fine for whatever you're wanting it for. it's practically the same design characteristics as a stock manifold, just a different shape and look.
they usually have some extra plenum volume.

clean your power and ground connections very well. also, make sure they are not loose. had this prob with a couple vehicles.
