check the fuel pressure at the rail. that motor needs a MINIMUM of 58psi with key on engine off to start. If they replaced the pump already, then the regulator is the likely culprit. I...

Last time I checked it was around $115. It's mounted on the side of the drivers side fuse box/panel. It's a real PITA to get to.

I don't think there is a better tire for equal money than Kumho.
Not sure what you are trying to achieve with lightweight tires, but a lot of companies are making low rolling resistance tires...

The helms manual does have electrical diagrams in it. They are not as detailed as what is in the ETM that goes along with it, but there is more than enough to troubleshoot.
