High NO (PPM) Failed CA Smog

I just took my 92 Civic LX Sedan (auto tranny, stock motor/tranny) to get smogged and it failed the 25mph dyno test becaose of high NO (PPM) reading. The max is 798, average is 187, and mine was 990....
