Which Tire.. ?
I'm Looking into getting new tires for the '06 season, what are some of you guys using or you have had used some of these tires..The Bike is an '03 954RR, I live in NYC so we get rain radom days so wet traction needed at time's if I get caught in the rain, (Front 120/70 & 190/50 Sizes)..
80% Street/Highways -
20% Moutain runs...
on highways I tend to lean low on some curves on some NY states Highways.

Re: Which Tire.. ? (Showoff)
i would choose the diablo corsa's in a heartbeat. ive ran on the pilot powers before and i just recently switched to corsa's and i can tell you right now that the corsas feel a lot better to me. their stability, grip, and feel is just awesome. everyone ive talked to will praise the corsa's also. and the thing ive heard about michelins is that the tires will tend to come out on you with little notice if any at all while the pirelli's will give you a slide. but if youre an occasional hard rider i definately recommend the corsa's, nothing will make you feel more planted.

You didn't state what the tire will be used for. 100% street, 50/50 track and street?
I run 70% street 30% trackdays and use Pilot Powers. I switched from D208's and couldn't be happier. Have not tried the Corsa's yet. They may be my next set.

I've got a '98 Kawi ZX6R w/ D208's. They are okay, fairly sticky....but I do ALOT of freeway commuting from Yucca Valley to Palm Springs area. Anyone recommend a better tire?

pilots rock me
heat up time = .09324 seconds
however, if you are in nyc most of the time, wear on the powers is going to suck, they are fairy soft, so you may want something a little tougher... 208's maybe?

NYC but then I would be on like I-495, I-87, I-95, Garden state parkway, what about the Dunlop Qualifier they are like another half of the 208's ? If they could last me from april to sept , i could be ok with that not mind you burn outs time to time
