As long as you’re coming to the ITR Expo anyway...

I know that many h-t.com folks are going to be driving long distances to come to the ITR Expo 3 at Beaver Run. That’s great! There’s nothing like a track event where everyone else has the same kind...

Re: OFFICIAL: 2003 Integra Type-R Expo Details/Updates (George Knighton)

I think RTW DC2 makes an excellent point. You really want to be well-rested at the track. Not only do you need to be alert when you wake up, but you're going to be extremely fatigued when you go to...

Re: Anyone notice their PY ITR attracting a lot of bugs (MugenMike)

Yes, PY attracts bugs more than other colors, and yes, it's because insects are attracted to colors that are found in flowers, like yellow.

I've noticed this when I wash and wax my PY ITR. Same...

Re: Synthetic oil made my car slower? (98cwitr)

No, you should keep using full synthetic oil, but use an OEM oil filter next time.

Re: OT: EVO (nsxtasy)

Hey! I can fit fourteen stock size tires inside my ITR. That means that the ITR is a better car than the NSX, right? https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsmilep.gif

Re: Are all AC system in integras the same? (eg-six)

No. The A/C in the '97-98 ITR was optional, and the A/C in the '00-01 ITR was standard equipment. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsmilep.gif

Re: OFFICIAL: 2003 Integra Type-R Expo Details/Updates (Asahi)

To any ITR owner who is thinking about coming, but planning on waiting a while before sending his money in - if you really plan on driving the Expo track event, that's probably a bad idea.

If you...

Re: NSX seats in a type R? What do you guys think? (vactor)

I doubt it. For one thing, you would have to wire the power to them somehow, which you wouldn't do with the manual del sol seats.

Also, the NSX is about six or eight inches shorter in height than...

What was the topic supposed to be, "yeah another one"? That's so UNconstraining, it could cover anything and everything, all the way to eighteenth-century politics. ...

Re: EXPO 3 - first time on the track? (itr01-0851)

It also helps to know in advance what you're going to be feeling the first time you're out on the track. The instructor will be trying to tell you about "the line", which is the place on the track...

Re: 2003 ITR Expo....yeah another one.... (Bob#455)

I have. Stock with track tires vs stock with track tires, the ITR is a whole lot faster than the Mini Cooper S.

Not surprising, with almost the same curb weight but 17 percent more horsepower in...

Re: How do you remove 97 leather shift knob from boot? (98cwitr)

I like the GS-R shift knob much better; its shape is much more ergonomic. And you can get a new one for ~$35 at your dealer.

R compound tires on the street? I bet you replace them frequently. How many miles do you get on a set?

Re: [OIL] Changing oil for the first time on the R, a couple questions... (io_burn)

Synthetic oil flows better in frigid temperatures (that's important in our area this time of year) and is less resistant to thermal failure when hot.
