Track type fluid on the street is no problem as long as you don't get a silicone based fluid, they do not mix well with the standard mineral based fluids. I run Motul 600 and bleed once or sometimes...

I have a h22 with very similar revs and hp output. I see higher burn rate at higher speed tracks, due to more time spent at wot.

if you just want a pall park figure then the figures are going to be all over the park. Every car, track, driver is different.

My experience is usage of more than 10g per hour,

my 1990 accord can easily be under #2400, with the h22. With me geared up #200, a large optima battery #45, all steel panels, accusump #10, cool shirt system #15, I still added a #150 of steel plate...

that slop is something you can use to your advantage to get a better alignment, loosen bolts on the alignment rack tweak and tighten.

after you gut the hood as shown take a can of great stuff spray foam and fill the remaining channel gaps and the rigidity is almost as good as new

remember that onto a flat tow is the best case scenario for tow strap use, you could be crashed and stuck in sand or gravel. bolt it to something strong.

and that tow strap looks a lot like my...

While it is possible I highly recommend against it. DD and track day car sure, but not a fully caged race car every day on the street.
