HERE is my DIY write-up where I used this switch to wire OEM-style Heated Seats into my 1994 Honda Civic.

I used the kit from heatedseatkits.com to install into my stock Civic seats, and wired it up using this switch which fits perfectly into the console, and looks totally factory perfect.

A wiring diagram for the switch, and a connector will be provided.
Condition: 7.5/10 due to a cosmetic chip at the bottom corner.
