Default Question about Wheel size and lug pattern *Not honda related*

Okay, So im planning on getting a 92 Mustang GT. I've been searching around the web finding that the lug pattern is 4x108. And through searching ive found that alot of euro cars have the same pattern. My question is, If i were to pick up some wheels that were 4x108 and had the right offset, Would the wheels be strong enough for daily driving even though they were not designed for the car.

Thanks
