Pretty self explainitory.. I don't remember the name of the company who made these... but they look/are to be decent quality. We ran another set in the 25hours of T-hill, same set lasted 2+ years in that race

comes with spare bearing/center adjusters
These are rear perches for the 06+ civic, but I bet they could be used with any of the spring on the inner part of the lower control arm cars (think some of the BMWs have this also) It's set up so that the perch can articulate with the spring.

Top mounts for EF/EG/Ek/DC/DA.. Pretty basic top mount nice if you are using race springs and want a flat surface for them to sit on.
