From what i can find out..these are 13x8.0 4x100 +20 offset TE's. TE37X is only 16" for trucks. Mackin says it's discontinued.
O well. Would have been great for autocross and some drag racing.

13" te-37
I know one local DSP civic with those 13" te37. they were unbelievably light with 225/50/13 hoosiers.
I would recommend you stay away from the 13x8 ROTA RB's. Mounting Hoosiers on them is excruciating. the drop center is not to deep to help get the tires on. it took 4 guys and 2 hours to mount mine when i got them. wheels are heavy too.
Another possible alternative would be the 13x7.5 Lenso VPD
