I have an Ek9 type r with a S4C after some hours of track use and abuse the infamous 3rd gear is starting to grind at high rpm. Almost sure the synchro went bad. Could you please tell me what i should need? just the synchro? I haven't taken a look at the insides yet, but the whole mission is been O/H by spoon roughly about 30k-40k km ago, I doubt it's something else.
I should need these two only, correct?

Hey im looking to rebuild a s4c it grinds 2nd gear at pretty much anything higher the idle speed havent had the chance to open it up since its in my daily. 3rd gear synchro was replaced about 10k mles ago. What do you think i need just the 2nd gear synchro? if you can pm me a price on parts with discount i would appreciate it.

I'm wondering if I can get 3-4-5 carbon synchros for a b16. I don't need 1-2 as it's a road race car and we won't be using 1-2 but will be shifting into 5th fairly often.
I don't see a 3-4-5 set listed on your site, just 3-4 and 1-2-3-4-5.
