Depends what your painting it with. Cheap way, 1 spray can should be fine. Base coat/clear coat, id get a quart, just so you know you have more than enough, plus you have plenty left over if you want to paint something else...

you can def make away with only a pint, i just did by bseries vc, with a 1/4 pint. Remember most paint reduces down 1:1
