Glass Debris Causing Highspots
As i was preping my door, alot of high spots along the area of the side impact bar showed up. I knocked them down lightly to only hear small glass debris shatter on the underside of the door skin that was wedged inbetween the skin and the imapact bar.
Be sure to clean every small piece out of there if your window gets broken to prevent this.

thats where the door skin has foam holding to the intrusion beam the best way to get rid of those spots is to get a high build primer and prime the whole outer skin then block them out

I have matched up where those foam spots are and they do not line up with the high spots shown in this picture. The high spots line up with the small glass fragments that were wedged inbetween the beam and the skin. When knocking down the high spots the small fragments of glass would shatter and for the most part immediately level out.
