I thought so. The dealership has 5.6 on the purchase agreement. Haven't taken possession of the vehicle yet though. They argued that the computer selects the correct rate for my county. Any suggestions as to how to handle this?

Dealership is required to fill out the title/registration form for me and send it in electronically. But even still they should be registering it in Waukesha for me. If by some chance it were in Outagamie where the dealership is located that would be 5% sales tax.

'08 Altima Coupe
I hope this gets resolved cleanly. I really want this car. It's the only 2008 red/black with convenience package and moon roof left. Only other choice is to downgrade options, get a color I don't like or go out of state. Although I guess the most financially responsible option would be to just take this as an omen and forget about a new car completely .
