I'm planning to get HID lights for my 2008 Accord coupe but I heard that there are some problems with the DRL. If I plan on getting HID lights for the low beam and DRL would be the high beam, I don't see what problems the HID lights would cause. What do I need to do in order for the lighting to work properly with HID lights?

Depends on which HID Kit you Use, Either way most DRL problems can be eliminated by deactivating the system.
