K20A vs K20Z1?
Is there really any difference between a K20A vs K20Z1 other than LSD and slightly different HP increase. Just want to know if it's really worth spending the extra $$$ for the Type R.

Re: K20A vs K20Z1?
The K20A has shorter 4, 5 and 6 gears.
It has 11:5 comp pistons compared to the 11:0 K20Z1
K20A also has an LSD and a slightly different intake manifold.

Re: K20A vs K20Z1?
-either way, you're going to need the k20a2 harness
-if the k20a comes with an ECU, it will make dropping the motor in easier, since the k20a ecu does not have an immobilizer
-the k20z1 transmission has a different type of speed sensor. need a converter for that
both are great motors. whichever you can get your hands on easier and cheaper would be best. good luck!
