vtec
i just swap a jdm itr motor in my 94 hatch, im having problems with vtec, it kicks in 2 or 3 times but after that the check engine light comes on and vtec stops working ,even when it works it loses power after 6,500rpm i conected all the vtec lines to the ecu and im running a p28 chipped ecu with stock itr injectors and an ls fuel pump. i also have b16a2 cams in there.help!

and 21 is the VTEC solenoid. You probably have a bad connection or faulty solenoid. I would check the wiring to the A4 pinout using a digital multimeter to verify the connections.
For VTEC to run properly, you must clear those codes.

naw it s just the b16 cams a little too small for the itr. itr have higher lift and duration u basically losing power by putting in the b16 cams
