K20 worth it?
I have a 00 civic si, with an H22 swap. First off all of a sudden the H22 isn't too heavy anymore and lots of people are starting to get them. (even though it never weighed much more than a b18) That aside i can't help but feel that the H series is pretty much being phased out (hence people getting them because they are cheap now) Would it be worth the money an I'm sure countless hours of being annoyed to do the swap? I hear the k-series is what it's all about now. Also can anyone tell me why the K series is SO much better than it's predecessors? Thanks in advance.

All depends on what YOU want to do. H series can run 12s pretty much stock. Ks are more expensive but a good platform for the future. Maybe going H2B is a good option since you already have the engine.

ive had h22 turbo, h2b, and K...
id go for the K </TD></TR></TABLE>
Hey, my h2b pulls about 27mpg!
Honestly, K is the more advanced choice and has alot of aftermarket support. H swaps(h2b) seem to be picking back up lately, bang for the buck wise I'd stay stick with the H and find yourself a nice bseries tranny. The swap itself isn't very hard at all, easier than a straight H22 swap. Your only problem is covering up all the holes u made for the cable linkage lol
