Default Distributor question

Hey ht
So I got an h23a1 swap with an h22a head that I recently put in my 00 Civic
I was wondering if I'd be able to use a USDM distributer on the jdm head?
Would it hurt to not have the jdm dizzy?
Or would I be OK?
The only reason I'm asking is Because my car doesn't really seem to have spark? I'm thinking something may be wrong with the dizzy but I'm not to sure
I read somewhere that someone once used the usdm one but other people were disagreeing with him and there were people agreeing, so I'm not to sure haha
Any info or advice will be great
Thank you guys

Default Re: Distributor question

It doesn't matter JDM or usdm honda designed the ignition the same and they mount the same. Check your wiring to distributor and make sure you have ground, power and signal. The igniton system is very basic and not hard to diagnose.
