Default Building H series bottem ends with F/K series cranks ???

HI Im in the process of building my "Honda Big Block Stroker Motor" but Im not sure which route I want to go. So Im looking for some cool people that have actually have some experience with these stroker motor and are actually WILLING to help me out. Im looking for info any H series motor, as I have the H22A, H22A4 and H23A1, all ready to gain some more displacement.

The one I will most likey build first is the H23A1.
This motor has a 50mm main journal, so if i wanted to put the F23 rank with a 55mm main journal, I could just get that machined down to 50mm in order to fit in my H23 block? Is this correct and what other modifications have to be done? Is any machining of the block needed to fit the F23 crank??
And whats your advice about getting the rod journals offset??
I know the F23 crank already has the same size as a b series so do you think its safe/smart to go smaller for even more displacement??

Also how strong and reliable are these stroker cranks?? I've heard many people say that the H22 90.7mm crank is way stronger and that the extra leverage of the stroker cranks makes them easy to break. Is this true? I doubt it because I seen some dyno graphs on here with motors using these cranks and they were reving to nearly 9K with the F23 rods. What was done to make this combe rev to 9K?? I always heard the F23 rod and crank dont like to rev past 7K

Don't waste money with different builds go to the top... just pick a F23A 98+ Accord Short Block GOOD RUNNIN ONE

87x97

H22A4 98-01 Block 55mm
F23A 98-01 Crank 55mm and Rods
Shotpen the F23A rods, Find a ARP rod bolt that matches
I used GSR ARP rod bolts on a H22A rod I am sure there is a cross over
Resize the Rods
87mm H22A4 USDM pistons NEW OEM HONDA H22A RINGS!
BALANCE THE MOTOR TO LAST!
ACL STD rod bearings if everything is STD
Piston will stick out of the whole not sure how much with F23 Crank and Rods
Compensate by getting a thicker headgasket, cometic 50k-80k
Compression will go down with thicker head gasket, other option is to cut the valve reliefs in the piston more... Your going to want atleast 25K between valve to piston. I would go as far to clay the motor...
Skunk2 pro 2 cams or pro 3's... pro 3's if you are a baller
Pro 2's are obviously better suite if the compression is between 11-12-1
Skunk2 valve train
Spend the time and money get a std PnP job done, and valve job
Manual Tensioner Conversion
A modified stock manifold or Euro R
450cc-550cc injectors
Crome or Hondata

And make sure to do the Stunna dance after the dyno cuz your a Balla...

When using the H22A4 block make sure there are no serious gouges going the length of the cyl in the FRM cyls. If you can barely pick up the scratches with your finger nails or not even. Throw it back together with No Hone No Bore just NEW HONDA H22A RINGS.

This was 100% useless.
I build motors so why would I spend that much on a stock one.
