Default F and H series main sizes?

I've been searching all over and I can't find them, could someone please post a list of all the F and H series main journal sizes please? I beleive the F20a's F22a's F22b's and F23's are 50mm and all of the H 55mm. If the H are 55mm and F 50mm, what would I have to do to put an H22 crank in an F series motor? Could the F series mains be bored out 5mm? Or could I use the H main cap and bore the rest on the F block?
