btw anyone notice that those new latitude wiper blades dont contour to our windshield? atleast not the longer pass side one. i like using the oldskool ones but i got brand new rainex one for free so figured id give them a shot. they r great minus the pass side one. whatevs.

yo dagle im making some kalbi right now along with rice plus some seaweed wrap and kimichi for a light lunch.

^ it depends how u maintain them ive gotten over two years out of a pair of blades dd'ing. i never turn them on when the window is dirty and always use rainex n the window. the only reason streaking occurs is when the the blades is scuffed somehow.

well i hate them...for 20 dollar wiper blades, theyre doo doo...im thinking about trying out the michelin ones this time around...oh, and the trick to wiper baldes on our cars is to get one size smaller for the passenger side than it calls for...i think its a 16 for the driver and a 20 for the pass...try a 19 for the passenger side and it should fit right

Thinking about purchasing a bimmer and selling the lexus. It's a 06 325i with the m sports package and 6 speed. Not fast by any means but would be a pretty cool DD. Thoughts?

P.S. S2K got into a little accident a couple weeks ago

Let's just say i slid off the road into a ditch. Messed up the rear bumper and bent some suspension stuff up...this right rear wheel is towed out. I'm gonna try and throw in on the alignment rack this weekend and see exactly whats bent.

My S is wiperless too. Actually took them off my last daily too. Got them on the new daily still but they'll probably come off eventually.

That's what I am thinking. Shouldn't be a hard find on a s2ki part out, at least I hope.

It doesn't rain very often but that has nothing to do with it. I don't like the way they look or the streaks they leave on the windshield, people stick flyers and **** under them in parking lots, sometimes the flyers bend and if it's windy they scratch the paint, i.e. if the flyer is thick and long yet flimsy enough (yes, this has happened before, to the S no less! >.<), when it comes to washing the car, it's a pain to get bug guts out of the wiper arms, when drying the car, the towel fibers gets stuck in them, they're just another surface to get rock chips and rust if you don't catch the chip in time. I always keep one in the trunk just in case and one of those portable squeegee things too. RainX is the **** though. When it comes to frozen precip, RainX + remote start is even better.

Yeah probably not for everyone. You kinda have to change the way you drive. Can't be tailgating the car in front of you when the roads are wet. Gotta keep enough distance so that the nasty mist other cars kick up doesn't end up on your windshield because that stuff doesn't bead off like rain drops.

Dunno if I'd call it hardcore. I just dislike wipers THAT much lol. I guess it helps that my commute to/from work is only a mile each way.

i'm the same with the wipers. hate them. hate people using them as a pinboard. I used to have a corvette and the wipers tucked under the hood which was cool.

How hard is it take the wipers on and off?
