in regards to $ and gains... get a short ram intake for a D/B series motor, flip it and add a nipples for the vac line for the secondary pump and add a velocity stack.

If by way faster you mean...like high 13's / low 14's...then yes by all means the new mustang gts are "way faster"
And it's not really cool to start calling people liars...
I'm pretty sure that 13.6 is on an ap2 though, but I have heard of people hitting 13's in stock ap1s

Re: Cold air Intakes - are they worth it for the money
I thought this thread was supposed to be in regards to intakes....get off the subject of drag racing and get back to topic. You could start a thread if you want to continue the non-sense.

haha i know ill get flamed a little for posting this on the s2000 forum as its more for subie guys but i thought it was kinda cool how they found cold air systems to work. idk if this applies to all cai systems though cause subies are known to go lean with one on but hey mabey the same applies here. anyways its good info and something to think about

so from this thread I have gathered that just the basic bolt ons will give the car more responsiveness. I'm looking into purchasing an s2k soon and am also considering the tuning options.
I find that the throttle feels kinda dull on a stock s2k, so I/H/E will help make it feel more alive?

stock mustang gt's are pathetic.
i've put the wood down on a few mid 90's model gt's in my 91 5spd 2 door acura legend ;-)
