axis have decent wheels... but we need to know the width and offsets of those wheels to tell you if it'll work or not.. and if you have a drop...

you need to find the widths and offsets before you order.. a lot of these places don't know what they are talking about and will just sell you something, and they won't fit properly...
you don't see to many axis wheels on s2000's cause they usually don't make the proper widths/offsets for it...

just checked axis website.. they do offer the staggard setup in 18's only.. but no mention of offsets... and looking at the weight of them.. they are some heavy *** wheels...19-22.6lbs.. without tires...

axis wheels aren't that strong for their pricing. AND like papasmurf said, they are heavy.
AND the fact, that they won't fit properly... 9.5 rear should be around +63 offset.

Re: (Ya)
9.5 rear with +55 will work with 255/35. i had same set up on my ssr wheels. no problems.
but that front wheel will definitely not fit. too wide with wrong offset.
as far as axis wheels. i like them. if they offered the correct offsets and sizes i would not hesitate. but unfortunately they do not.

^9.5 +55.. will stick out past the fender without major camber..... without camber you will rub if you are dropped...
the bare minimum on a 9.5 rear is +59 and thats pushing it right to the fender.. and if you're dropped you will rub....
bare minimum on an 8.5 front is a +61

i am dropped (only about 1") and never had a problem and the wheels did not stick out at all. i am running a UK spec alignment. nothing crazy. now when this guy says 3" drop. all i think of is ricer. your car is getting no performance value at this drop. that is way too much unless you have some type of race set up and dont drive on street.
as far as forged. sure the axis wheels are not but they make a strong wheel. light, definitely not. that would be the only draw back.
