Radio and Power outlet problem

Radio and Power outlet problem
I have a radio and power outlet on a 2001 Prelude that do not work. I have narrowed it down to the White / Red 12v wire but I have looked on every site I can find and I can not find a wiring diagram that shows the white/ red wire on the radio plug. Where does this thing come from? I can't find any fuses blown either under the dash or under the hood. I think I caused this problem by plugging in a GPS to the Power Outlet. If I run a wire from the + side of the battery to the White / Red wire on the plug the radio will give me the code request so that would make the radio work but not fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Radio and Power outlet problem
white/red comes from the accessory socket relay. white/blue comes from under-hood fuse 46 (it should be a 10A fuse) to the relay. The other 2 wires on the relay are black (ground) and red/yellow, which comes from under-dash fuse 18 (7.5A), which comes from the ignition switch via white/black.
Looking at the under-dash fusebox (under left side of driver's dash) the accessory socket relay is 2nd from the right (farthest forward in the car).
Hope this makes sense.

Re: Radio and Power outlet problem
Have the same problem going on here. Am not sure which relay is the right one! Is there anyone who has a picture of the correct relay. I have pulled the second from the right and I am not 100% sure what it looks like. If I go to autozone or O'Rielly that have four different ones. Fuses OK. Help Please
