PS Power Steering Leak puddle under car tiny air bubbles
Hello All,
The other day my PS started making a noise. Once I parked I noticed a huge puddle of PS fluid under the drivers side fender.
The leak appears to be coming from the bottom of the reservoir. I checked and all clamps look tight. I removed the top reservoir cap and could see tiny air bubbles.
There doesn't appear to be any leak around the pump itself.
Does this usually mean the o-ring between the pulley/pump is allowing air in, or am I having other problems?
I tried adding more fluid, but it just keeps leaking.
What should I check, and in what order?
I could probably just get a new pump, but if it's something about the reservoir, or just the o-ring, i'd rather same some cash and just replace those.
As always, thanks HT!

youl need to find out where its leaking from first man, could be anywhere from the pump to resivour to the cooler behind the front bumper to the steering rack itself, have a check, fix it, and then bleed it.

Fill it up since running it dry will ruin the pump, clean everything then run it to see where it's coming from, no one over the net is going to be able to give you an accurate answer.
Don't buy a new pump if it is leaking, Honda OEM pumps can be overhauled with new seals and will outlast aftermarket junk.

Thanks.
Right now I have the belt off so it isn't running with PS.
Gonna clean it up, add some fluid, and see exactly where the leak is coming from.
I will report back where it's leaking from and we can go from there.
