Default Problems after brake job...

This past weekend I just finished up putting new rotors, pads, and braided stainless lines on my 94 VTec. After bleeding the brakes and then going for a drive I have to push the brake pedal quite far to engage the brakes(further then before the brake job). And last night on the way home my ABS light come on. I checked my ABS reservoir this morning and indeed I had to add some. I'm guessing there's still air in the lines I need to rebleed my brakes. Is there a procedure for bleeding ABS? The pedal firmed up while I was bleeding them originally so I shouldn't have a leak should I?
