Prelude rear lower tie bars are here!!!
The owner of www.westendtuners.ca, my good friend Jason, makes rear lower tie bars.
He makes them in the Beaks style, with his stores logo "JDMMeyham" logo in the middle.
join that forum and ask about them in his tie bar build thread. His production line is just about done

i just did a search in google and found like 4 articles one including a Beak's dealer stating that they fit the 90-93, 94-97 accord AND 92-96 preludes....so if you're looking for it for the 4th gen the accord one fits. Even if you go to beaksbars site and type in there search bar...."prelude beaks bar" it comes up. More power to this guy for making some...but people weren't looking to hard if they wanted it for the 4th gen.

Just an update on fitment:
I did some research and called/emailed around and the distributors said the 90-97 ACCORD BEAKS Rear Lower Tie Bar DO NOT FIT the Prelude.
I even compared part numbers to different companies like DC Sports, Megan and others and they are different. Also if memory serves me right, awhile back I had a DC Sports bar in hand from an Accord and they were decently shorter than a Prelude (for a B-day gift for a friend).
