Oil Control Orifice
Hi just need to know if the h22 BLOCK need a oil control orifice?
My h22a4 came with one but when i got it back from RS is was missing. Tryed to order one from honda but there is no part number but it shows it in the pic. its number 21 and 22 in the pic

If you have an H22a4, why are you looking at the parts catalog for H22a1/H23a1. An oil control orifice in the block was only used in the H23a1's.
There's an oil control orifice in the H22, but it's in the head:
