Default No spark, no fuel, no CEL codes...on obd-1 jdm h22a.

I wanted this thing to run before getting off the stands, to be sure everything is in working order. Here's the problems I've run in to...

-With JDM P13 4ws ECU plugged in; Motor turns over, no spark, fuel pump doesn't run, check engine light stays on constant but is VERY dim and looks like it's pulsing lightly, main relay clicks once then continually emits a very quiet buzzing until key is turned off. The buzzing also stops if I turn on the rear defrost...odd.

-With USDM P14 ECU plugged in; Motor turns over, no spark, fuel pump doesn't run, no CEL at all(not even for the 2 seconds when the main relay starts up and the fuel pump is supposed to prime), main relay clicks once and doesn't buzz at all.

For the fuel pump...I've tested the yellow wire coming FROM the main relay that goes to the fuel pump, it never has power when the key is turned on or the motor is being cranked. Fuel pump power TO the relay from the power source tested fine. I fixed the 2 infamous bad solder joints on the main relay, which changed nothing.

For the lack of spark...I tested both the h23a distributor+external coil, and then the h22a internal coil distributor(I did the plug mod for this to work). I cleaned the rotor edges, and the spark points under the caps...still no spark at all coming from either distributor.

For the CEL with the p13 installed...I tried jumping the service port, this changes nothing that I can notice.

I've checked ALL connections/plugs/wires/etc...everything is the way it should be with the exception of my VTEC solenoid now being wired to the ecu harness, which I'm 100% sure is properly connected.

I've checked all fuses and replaced the bad ones, tested all the power leads connected to the current problems...going by the wiring schematics for a 1993 Honda Prelude Si in my Chilton's manual. Everything seems to check out fine.

This car did start, and run(horribly due to blown block) before the swap. The only thing that comes to mind is I just *HAPPEN* to have 2 blown coils, and a blown main relay...which would be *VERY* unlikely since everything worked not even a month ago. Nothing was ever incorrectly installed, or shorted out, etc. The other possibility is two bad ECUs, but...my p13 was guaranteed, and the p14 was in the car prior to the swap and did work.

If you need to know the current setup; 1993 Honda Prelude Si + jdm h22a + usdm h23a engine harness + jdm p13 4ws ecu + usdm h23a transmission + jdm h22a distributor(with coil-plug mod).

Any advice/tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I need to get this car on the road like 2 weeks ago. :-(

Any ideas? I need this thing running ASAP, I'm down to just my 91 Integra sedan at the moment which is making it complicated for myself and my fiance to get to work and back.

Some local guys told me it sounded like a bad ground...particularly where the engine harness grounds to the thermostat housing.

On an h23a, the thermostat housing is different than the h22a's housing...I didn't think to sand the spot on the h22a housing before installing the ground.

I corrected this, all problems went away...EVERYTHING works, only issue is CEL 21 which I need to look up in my Chilton's manual to find out what it is...chances are it's o2 sensor since mine isn't even plugged in yet.

Yah everything works fine...I'm not sure if I have the spark plug cables running to the right spots on the distributor cap, though.

The h22a distributor is installed at working, Luke. I shocked the crap out of my right hand last night when checking for spark.
