Get a set with more than 3 adj. bolts. i"ve heard enough slippage issues with aem to stay away from them.

Re: Need Help on H22A Turbo Setup (93preludevtec)
get the golden eagle cam gears. The adjustment on them is way more accurate than the skunk 2's or anyone for that matter, btw i own skunk 2 cam gears and would ditch them in a second for golden eagles.
as for the ECU get the p28, that is the cheapest one for the setup you plan on running and will work great
for the MAP sensor get a GM 3 bar, i believe they are much cheaper than motec or any of the others you mentioned

Re: Need Help on H22A Turbo Setup (Showoff)
Arias Pistons 9:0 Compression (rings, wrist pins, locks)
- I'd personally get JE's or Endyn Rollerwaves
AEM Cam Sprockets ? or use another
- Like everyone said, get a diff brand
SuperTech Valves ? or use other brand ?
- Or Ferrera, a customer has Ferrera H22 Valves (stock size) and they've worked good
Cosmatic Head Gasket
- It's Cometic
TURBO
Innovative Turbo 60-! T4 Duel Ball Bearing or should i go with an T3/t4 or T4 ?
- Depends what kind of power you want to make and how you drive the car. The turbo you use will determine what your powerband is gonna look like
Tubular Turbo maifold
- Are you planning to keep AC and PS?
Tial Wastegate ? or should i use another brand ?
- Tial is the best
Tial BlowOff Valve ? or should repalce with something else ?
XS Intercooler ? or use other brand ?
Apexi AVCR Boost Controller ? or replace with something else ?
- Get a manual boost controller I love the TurboXS HPBC's, get a dual stage if you're gonna be dragging it and want to launch on low boost
FUEL
RC Engineering 720CC injectors
- If you have an expensive-*** built motor, go bigger than that. I run 780's on my stock H22. Fuel = Power, get some 82#'s or something......
AEM Fuel Rail
- You'll also need the AEM FPR and a high flow pump
ECU
Hondata S200 System
P28 OBD 1 ECU ? or use other ECU like 93 civic DX ECu ?
- You need a chipped P28 ECU for the Hondata. Read my post on pros/cons of P28 vs P72 (search)
Motec 3 bar Map sensor ? or use something else like 300ZX TT or Supra TT ?
- Like someone else said, get a GM 3bar
Also, if you're going all out like this, why not get some Crower turbo cams and a Golden Eagle intake manifold w/ Hondata heatshield gasket while you're at it? Don't forget you're gonna wanna do motor mount inserts, put a scattershield on the tranny while the motor is out, get a mean *** clutch, and replace the stock LSD in your type-s tranny with a Quaife that'll handle the power. You'll also need custom IC piping and a custom downpipe, as well as a 3 inch exhaust. Run NGK BCPR7ES-11 plugs, get a good aluminum radiator to deal with the heat.....
That's my .03

Re: Need Help on H22A Turbo Setup (Showoff)
If this is a street car then be honest with yourself. Quick spool up and usable torque is what wins street races. Go for an Innovative T3-T4e e50 stg5. This Turbo Rocks.

drop the cams, stocks are the way to go....unless someone comes out w/a good turbo cam.
too much overlap in n/a cams.

I see one big problem already.
Unless you are getting custom pistons, they are not going to be Arias.
Arias only offers 8:1 and 9.6:1 pistons.

Re: Need Help on H22A Turbo Setup (Lildrgn)
camshafts,
you dont have to drop to 9.0 if you have good fuel mgmt, i wanted to go 10:1, but i didnt want to wait a month for my pistons, so i went w/9.5:1

Where you been Drake?
anyway..... since you're a baller and all why not go with a Aem EMS or my staple.. electromotive? rather than a s200 hondata? just a thought, also, like he said (drake) get a beast clutch, and a quaife..... and while you're at it, some monster axles..you'll break the stockers.... as far as all that head work you want done..... the new springs and retainers.... is good enough, the turbo doesn't care if you have all the port and polish business......yeah i said it... but if you would rather spend your baller dough get the port and polish and valve job, also some larger valves.... if you ask me all this is over kill and can be achieved by using more boost..... but thats me, anyway...... other than that your setup looks good....o wait, you're gonna need a big bad fuel pump, and a big bad reg to go with it.
good luck!
