K tuned shifter?
I normally don't like to make new threads considering most everything these days has been covered, but I've searched the past few days with very little luck. I've seen a few preludes that have ran the K tuned shifter and i can't seem to find any detail about it, or for that matter even find the pictures of the few i've seen.
-How hard is it to install?
-Pros/Cons?
-RSX cables over Prelude cables?
-Worth the money?
Reason I ask cause I've had a whole lot of trouble with shifting and the cables in my car (mishifts 2-3-2), and ALOT of people use the K tuned shifter. So wondering is it worth going that route? or just simply upgrading my cables or switching to RSX cables.

Not sure that I have seen anyone here post about it, but I have seen some on FB. Pretty sure Blake had a car with the setup, or worked on one with it, maybe ask him?

If my memory servers me right, My understanding that its literally plug and play. The only difference was something having to do with the bushings. Some people have taken and placed brass bushings to help out.

See, that's what i was thinking. but i wasn't sure if there were any little tricks or tweaks you gotta make. I may just go ahead and do it, i imagine it shouldn't be too much trouble to figure out.

Re: K tuned shifter?
Post back up when you do it if it's just plug and play. Been wanting to run the k tuned setup with RSX cables when the build is finished.

Re: K tuned shifter?
It's not 100% plug and play, but can be installed in a 5Gen with a little bit of work. I'm using the OEM bracket on the trans, but KTuned makes an RSX cable specific bracket (have it, but have not installed it yet). With the OEM bracket, the cables do not stay parallel, but shifts fine.
