Default How much to torque the lug nuts on wheels?

Just like the title. I need help quick. I torqued them to 83 but not sure if it's right.
It's a '00 Prelude.
TIA

83 should be fine. my impact wrench has a setting for 80-90 and thats what i do on mine. i think it should be like 85 or 90. but 83 would be fine

i was at a tire shop today, and on their boards it says 80 for EVERY honda, im sure it could be off a few on certain models, but i torque mine to 80, 83 isnt that much of a diff. dont overtorque them or youll start snapping your studs off when you go to take off the lug nuts.

According to the Helm Factory Service Manual, the lug torque spec on a 97-01 Prelude is 80 ft.lbs. But 83 ft.lb. should be fine though.

Confirming 80 lb/ft as the factory spec - I would always step-torque mine - 40-60-80. Maybe overkill, but it only took a few more minutes than going straight to 80...
