I have checked all of my fuses just to make sure they were all good. My low beams do not work at all. However, my high beams work fine. If i have the low beams turned on, there is nothing. When i turn on the high beams, they work fine.

the weird part is when the high beams are on the high beam indicator does not turn on my dash board. i need to fix this due to everyone flash's or turns on there brights when i drive by cause i cant turn mine off -_____-

You mention that you checked the fuses, did you check the headlight relays? There is a separate relay for low and high beams.

where would these relays be? and also when this happend i have just my running lights on, and turned my highlights on they turned on and shut off both at the same time, i just got rear ended into my breaklight so i freaked out and thought something shorted. but idk yet

The relays should be in the fuse box under the hood. Daytime running lights in most Hondas run off the high beam bulbs or high beam filament for lo/hi bulbs. The daytime running lights will turn off when the headlight switch is turned on.

Did the relays end up being the problem (sorry for bringing up an old thread. still need my two posts). I'm having the same problems and will check my relay tomorrow.
