H23a1 Idle Problem? Helllp.
So I got my hatch a few months ago. It is a 97 civic HB CX with a H23a1 motor(not sure what year prelude). I never had did problem before, but soon as it the weather got colder and colder the more it happened. Attaching a video of the idle problem. The audio cuts off but you will get the general idea of the problem...
I have searched for people with the same problems, but nothing really close to what my situation is.

Any advice or tips on how to fix this will be great!!!
Thanks in advance.

Sounds a lot like a vacuum leak, but it could be a few other things. Do a search, as there are TONS of threads on our common idle issues.

I had that on my car whenever I had it sitting for years, now back on road, kinda.
It turned out to be my FICV. Just adjusted it, screwed it in, whatever, then it ran like normal after that. My two cents.
Edit.

i have a 92 prelude doing the exact same thing.. but only when its cold. during summer its fine so i never let it bother me too much. anyhow I cleaned out the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV)and it stopped it for a couple months, but now its doing it even worse.
