Default H22A NGK spark plugs (ZFR6F - 11 or BKR7E - 11)?

I am running a stock H22A with bolt ons and I was wondering what spark plug I should use. Also, I bought some NGK ZFR6F - 11 spark plugs (S#4291). Would these work for my car? Or should I go with some NGK BKR7E - 11 (S#6097)?

I run the BK's......I have always been happy with them. Recently switched to Iridiums and lost fuel economy.

i run the bk's as well, had iridium's, took them back out. the way my car uses gas @ higher rpm's, i need every piece of electrode diameter i can get. i don't worry about the longevity at all. they get changed regularly regardless.

I've always used the BK's but O'reilly auto parts (the place I get my NGK's ) didn't have them in stock so I decided to try out the ZF's. So far so good...

I had NGK Iridiums and I swithced them out for crappy Champion Plus Coppers (for testing purposes). Actually there is NO difference performance wise as the car drives the same. I will only have to change the plugs more often. I didn't check gas mileage though.

just order NGK iridium spark plugs. The review on SRT forum proves Iridium makes the most HP gain (even not much) and is consistent. That's why I go 4 it

SRT = turbo
Iridium plugs are better with turbos
