Feel stupid..where do I jack up my lowered 5th gen?
I tried to jack up my 5th gen SH which is lowered about 1.5 to 2 inches today. I thought the jack point was the hook in the centerline back from the plastic splash shield. I couldn't get my floor jack back there though as it is too low. Can I jack it up a bit further forward? Does anyone havea picture of where the front jack point is on a 5th gen? The service manual diagram isn't cutting it for me.

i lift the front end of my 4th gen from the hook in the front. mine is lowered too so i drive the two front wheels up onto two bricks, then the floor jack will fit under it.

Re: (phateless)
ive been doing what mkazm83 has suggested for YEARS. Stock jack a little bit, then floorjack on the main center tow hook on the cross member. Then jackstands.

Yep, I got one from Poop Boys for about $70 and it's awesome.
Fits under most anything.
