d4 light
My sisters 92 lude sometimes wont start and the d4 light in the dash will flash, dont know how many times it does but it is intermittent and i cant get her to remember to count the flashes any solutions?

it's flashing a transmission error code. you need to count them to know what the code is.
when you say the car won't start, does the car crank at all?

is it manual or auto?? mine did this after a swap..it was a bad speed sensor and the b solenoid was disconected jjust a little maybe thats your problem
