It was 2 hours ago that you created a New thread asking if there was a how-to on coilover install .. 2 hours !! - You have to learn how to be patient with receiving replies to your threads. and why create a new thread when you can bump your previous one ?
Anyways, I'm not in the mood to tell you how to install your springs, you should also learn how to Search the archives.

Re: Can i get some help
I know that i obviously created it.
dont post again on any of my threads, Cause retards that come into threads acting like some power trip pos that knows eveything....
and FYI reason i make two threads is so i may get a real answer, not like the one Idiots like you and that other guy that posted instructions that come with it, Really need to find something better to do with your lives.

You make 2 two threads with the same exact question because you want "a real answer"? And I'm a retard because I told you to read the instructions? I can't wait for the next time you purchase a part and ask for someone to hold your hand through the install.
You're obviously confused, having more attitude than intellect.

Re: Can i get some help
Yes, you need to go to a parts store and rent a spring compressor... check out www.hondahookup.com and download the manual from there so that you can have a DIY in front of you when you are working on the car as well as asking us questions. If you ask specific questions and do some research ppl here will def help you- but do as much as possible without any help, cause then we can fill in the gaps. Good luck! First time I did it, it took me like 1hr for the first one lol!
