What? you want the hub to be shorter?

Possibly, but I dont think its a good idea.

You will more then likely run into clearance issues, like the rim and caliper, the castle nut and rim\hub.

want one short enough to obviously clear the caliper...but its cuz i got some wheels with a +15 offset so they stick out past the fender some.....so basically i realized if the damn hub was a bit thinner, itd fit just the way i was going for.....i know its kinda odd...but..anyone ?

ya but they were the only available offset for the wheels n i really liked em so i jus figured id give it a try.......they didnt even have the right centerbore size n i jus got em bored out to the 64.1 from a 57.1 so theyd fit the hub....theyre not on yet....

heres the wheels

You would have to replace a lot more than just the hub, the bearing is there, you would have to find rotors with a shorter hat, basically you shouldn't have bought wheels that you knew weren't going to fit right.
The only way I see that working is if you had a custom made knuckle that sat back farther, but still had provisions to mount all the factory components.
