brakes squeaking
my brakes are squeaking on my 92 prelude si...i bought the car a couple of months ago...car has slotted rotors front and back and the previous owner upgraded to bigger brakes i think that of a legend or vtec model..anyways car keeps squeaking when i brake..so i took it to a shop and they said everything was fine...my pads were still new and they said that the problem could be that i should get performance type pads to go with my rotors...iono...what could be the problem

Holy retard Batman! I've never seen a product you put on your rotors to quiet things down....just the blue goo for the backs of the pads.
Should have told him to pour some coolant in with his oil to help keep engine oil temperature down.
