Default AC questions

Currently I am replacing my stock radiator with a koyo radiator. After pulling the stock one out and taking a look at the front side and back side of my condenser, I have to decieded to replace it. My AC currently works. My questions are if I disconnect the condensor, is there anything I should be worried about. I already have a brand new one and would like to install it myself or just have honda reservice the system after I install the radiator but will I run into any problems.

Looking at my manual, it talks about using a Recycling/ recovery/charging system to remove the refridgerent. Of course I dont have one of those so am I able to just disconnect parts of the system with honda being able to service it with no problems. It also says to measure the amount of refridgerant oil removed so you can install the same amount. Will I Be alble to remove and install the condensor with honda having no problems serviceing the ac for the car or should I just install the radiator and pay to install the compressor. I dont want to have to spend money that I dont have to.
