97 SH multiplex system fail
I've got a 1997 USDM Prelude SH which seems to be having some problems with the multiplex control system. We got the car, stock, about two and a half years ago. It ran 100% fine, the only mods done to it at the time were a car phone and what looks like dealer installed keyless entry (have the Honda fob). Everything worked perfectly (except the ATTS), but the engine needed a rebuild so we pulled it out and rebuilt it, reinstalled it with a non-ATTS transmission using a custom half shaft adapter plate. The car has been sitting with no engine or battery for probably a year or so, and we reinstalled the engine a few weeks ago.
The engine starts and runs fine, but several of the other systems are not working:
left and right turn signals (but the hazards work like normal)
left and right power windows
power sunroof
intermittent wipers
reverse lights
coolant gauge
tachometer
SRS and ABS lights on the dash
locks:
The driver side lock switch will lock and unlock the passenger door, but the lock function only works with the driver door closed. The switch will unlock the driver door as well but will not lock it regardless of door position. The keyless entry works to unlock both doors and locks the passenger door only, perhaps something is wrong with the driver door lock actuator as well, but either way the car is lockable manually with the flip switch.
I think that's it. I've started going through the multiplex system by the manual, but I'm not finding anything wrong with it. Also tried a new multiplex control unit (door/pw switch) and no change to anything. I just need to get this thing running, can anyone suggest where I look next?
thanks

No, there is a forum for selling and buying cars if you are looking for one, this is a technical forum.
I just want to fix this one and give it back to the owner.

Re: 97 SH multiplex system fail
Solved! For future reference... I took the under-dash fuse box apart and found there was a bad connection on the downstream side of the #13 fuse. Cleaned it out, put a new terminal on it and everything works.
