Beautiful.

If I ever decide to stray away from the sport end of motorcycles Im definately getting the 07 red white and blue color scheme VFR.

Get that thing fitted with an exhaust so you can hear that v4 howl.

I love the newer gen viffers, but the long history of electrical grimlins scared me away - that and the price the local dealer was asking for them Instead, I picked up a brand new FJR for the price they were asking for a year old VFR.

I gutted the pipes...this thing is LOUD! Sounds like a mini V8...sounds beautiful.

Freddy Spencer actually rides the VFR800 for track days now Very well balanced bikes that can be tracked or taken on long distances

they put out a service bulletin for that electrical problem finally- after what, 5 years!!! I bought an extended warranty also just to be safe ...I'm still good for another couple years- has always stayed rubber side down too!

Awesome, got any clips/vids? I absolutely love the sound.

Freddie could ride a moped around the track and make it look like a 600.

nobody makes a rearset for this bike yet...kinda gay. The riding position is pretty similar to my buddies 01 F4i- but I wish the clip ons were a little lower. Superhawk clip ons fit, and are like 20mm lower, but I think they MIGHT hit the fairing at full lock

Funny you mention the Superhawk clip-ons. A lot of SH owners put on VFR bars for more comfort...and end up hitting the top half of the upper fairing.

Looks good!

Ah, if only blades were that light. Then I'd have a set on my car for sure.

I  Viffers

Paint the wheels gold or bronze, paint the stock rearsets black and it would look awesome

I think a dark bronze would compliment the red quite nicely

Powdercoat or paint the wheels gold, bronze or even black.
Get some USD forks, or powder coat your current tubes black.
Powdercoat rearsets, exh heatshield and levers black.
Get some new cans, I know you said it's loud already, but the stock cans don't look very sporty.
Get rid of the center stand, unless you use it.

Your bike already looks pretty hot though.

Yeah, I dunno how often they come in handy. Never had a bike with a center stand.

I wasn't literally asking how to make it look sportier...I know how to do that

after market exhaust look funny without the heat shields on there- looks like the under tail was hacked off

center stand is VERY useful! Especially in a crowded garage
