did some searching. Apparently it happened to some other dude on here and it ran about 3k. That is amazing. I moved it after she got it home to look at it in the light. Started leaking like a bitch. At least it had enough in it to know that it didn't overheat.

The insurance guy is here now. The bottom core support is gone and the fan got pushed into the ac condenser. I'll let you know what the numbers come out to be.

well the total sits at $2300 now. That's without taking it apart at the body shop. We'll have to see what she gets up to at the shop.

Fit does not meet other objects well, whether living or inanimate...I rear-ended a 2004 mercedes 250 SL at 16 mph (my gps recorded all of it)...$210 damage to the mercedes (a dent in the bumber which they were able to pop out) and $7600 and change to the Fit...AND 44 days in the shop... had to replace the almost all of the front end....the hood, front end spoiler, both fenders, both headlight light assemblies, radiator and a partridge in a pear tree...quite the mess. Even though I drove it hoem, the car was considered undriveable by the repair shop.
Be careful how close you follow other vehicles...which is normal driving rule of the road, but really be careful in the Fit
