A/C wiring

A/C wiring
Hi- Anybody have the a/c wiring diagram for an 03' CRV? Here's what's going on.
Turn on a/c and both fans run, low side pressure is 40 psi and has not leaked, clutch does not engage. I jumped the pressure switch but clutch does not engage. Replaced the clutch still will not engage. I also checked the compressor while apart and it spins free. I need the wire color codes in the harness, the a/c schematic, troubleshooting chart, or any techs want to chime in would be appreciated. Thanks!

Re: A/C wiring
Does your blower fan work on all speeds? Try swapping the relays around. The radiator fan relay should be identical to the compressor relay.

Re: A/C wiring
Thanks for the reply. Yes the blower functions as it should. I forgot to mention that I did swap the relays around. They are all good. I need to know where the clutch gets it's signal/power from ie. pressure switch to clutch. The clutch single wire runs into a connector with multiple wires and then into a harness.

Re: A/C wiring
On yours I'm not sure, but I know the 1st gen crv a/c wiring almost like the back of my hand. The climate control panel sends out a ground to the pressure switch, if pressure is good it then goes to the ecu. The ecu increases iacv duty cycle and sends 2 separate ground signals. One goes to the fan relay and one goes to the a/c clutch relay. I should also note, if an a/c parameter is not met or the a/c is off, there is a 5v+ signal in all of that wiring instead.

Re: A/C wiring/Circuit 03' CRV
Okay that helps, thanks. I am getting 12+V at the a/c connector plug when the system is on so I must have a bad ground at the compressor. I'll check area where the coil (-)green wire bolts to the compressor and work backwards. Was trying to avoid pulling everything apart again.
I could still use a diagram of the a/c circuit if anybody has one.
Thanks!

Re: A/C wiring
Here is the problem circled in the pic. It's the round copper part that the clutch(+) wire joins the harness (+) wire. Looks like a rely or resistor. There is no voltage going from the harness wire to the clutch wire. Anybody know if it's okay to bypass it and what it's function is?

Re: A/C wiring Solved
Got it. It's a thermal protector. Honda sells it as a unit with wire conector soldered in for $60. Going to just bypass it for now and look for one with the same rating for a few bucks at mouser.com. Just thought somebody else could use the info someday.

May your blowing apparatus lover work towards most data transfer speeds? Try out replacing the particular relays all-around. The particular radiator lover relay ought to be the same for the compressor relay.
